Event Description: 

This is a virtual, experiential training offered to healthcare workers and students, wherein registrants gain practical experience in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy Skills by engaging in a DBT Skills Group as a client would, (where you co-participants are also clinicians), mixed with clinical discussion and application. This immersive approach enables participants to acquire the skills necessary to effectively apply DBT in their practice.

Intensive DBT Skills Training (18 sessions)

  • Wednesdays: Sept 10, 2025 – Jan 21, 2026, 5:30–7:00pm ET / 3:30–5:00pm MT
